If You're Local
We encourage you to pick-up your order curb-side, and give your item a try as soon as possible. If it doesn't work, notify us right away, and we ask you return the merchandise within a 24-48 hours to maintain eligibility for a full refund. 

If You're Outside of the GTA
Please let us know if your item does not work as soon as possible, our regular return policy remains in place for you. (See below)

Returns
Store Credits, and Returns are accepted until 5 days after the item is received. Items must be in their original, brand new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used. George C. is not liable for items returned without prior notification or requested documents. These items will not be accepted and will be returned immediately to sender.

How To Request a Return
1. E-mail info@georgec.ca, and include the following:
- Reason for your return
- Your order #

2. Once your request is approved, please be sure to include all original packaging from the returned item must be included. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including valid tracking #, and insurance on the returned item. *IMPORTANT: George C. is not responsible for shipments that are lost or damaged in transit back to us. Please be sure to package your items with extra padding and to include secure tracking information and insurance for your own protection.

3. E-mail info@georgec.ca with according tracking number for your return.

4. Once the item is received in the conditions detailed in our return policy above, we will process your refund. 

Exchanges
At this time, we are not accepting exchanges online. Please contact us directly, and we will sort out the best way to facilitate the proposed exchange.

Damaged Items
If an item is for some reason received damaged, please email us. Please include a clear description of the item, and a photo of the damage.
