Promotions/Discounted Merchandise
Discounted merchandise purchased during promotion periods are final sale, with no exception.

In-Store Return Policy
Store credit, or exchange within 7 days of purchasing.
Items must be returned in original condition.

Online Return Policy 
Store Credit, or Refunds are eligible until 5 days after the item is delivered. Items must be in their original condition showing no signs of wear. 

George C. is not liable for items returned without prior notification or requested documents. These items will not be accepted and will be returned immediately to sender.

Requesting a Return
1. E-mail, and include the following:
- Reason for your return
- Your order #

2. Once your request is approved, please be sure to include all original packaging from the returned item must be included. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including valid tracking #, and insurance on the returned item. *IMPORTANT: George C. is not responsible for shipments that are lost or damaged in transit back to us. Please be sure to package your items with extra padding and to include secure tracking information and insurance for your own protection.

3. E-mail with according tracking number for your return.

4. Once the item is received in the conditions detailed in our return policy above, we will process your refund. 

At this time, we are not accepting exchanges online. Please contact us directly, and we will sort out the best way to facilitate the proposed exchange.

Damaged Items
If an item is for some reason received damaged, please email us. Please include a clear description of the item, and a photo of the damage.
