Store Credits, and Returns are accepted until 10 days after the item is received. Items must be in their original, brand new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used. George C. is not liable for items returned without prior notification or requested documents. These items will not be accepted and will be returned immediately to sender.
Requesting a Return
1. E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, and include the following:
- Reason for your return
- Your order #
2. Once your request is approved, please be sure to include all original packaging from the returned item must be included. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including valid tracking #, and insurance on the returned item. *IMPORTANT: George C. is not responsible for shipments that are lost or damaged in transit back to us. Please be sure to package your items with extra padding and to include secure tracking information and insurance for your own protection.
3. E-mail email@example.com with according tracking number for your return.
4. Once the item is received in the conditions detailed in our return policy above, we will process your refund.
At this time, we are not accepting exchanges online. If you are unhappy with your item, please contact us, we will process a return, and create a new order for the replacement item. If you live in the GTA, alternatively, you can visit us in store to process an exchange as well.
If an item is for some reason received damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include a clear description of the item, and a photograph of the damage.
