Please note, discounted merchandise purchased during promotion periods are final sale, with no exceptions.

Customs & Duty Fees
Please be aware that all orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to customs fees.
These fees are not included in our shipping prices. They are the customer's responsibility to pay.
Items unclaimed due to unpaid custom fees that are returned to us will not be reshipped unless all incurred fees are paid for.
Local Pick-Up
If you're local to the GTA, we encourage you to use select 'Local Pick-Up' at checkout.
Pickups at the shop are available: Tuesday - Saturday, 11 A.M. - 5 P.M.
Orders | General
Order Fulfillment
Orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days if the item is in stock. Once an order has been placed, we are not able to modify/cancel your order.
You will be e-mailed a tracking # upon your order's fulfillment.
Please note, we are not responsible for shipping delays.
Signature Release
Deliveries cannot be released unless they are signed for, we want to keep your parcel safe! If you need to get in touch because you missed delivery, get in touch with us via e-mail (info@georgec.ca).
Lost/Stolen Packages
George C. does not refund for lost or stolen packages, nor is it responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address.

You are currently on our Canadian based site. All items and shipping costs are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Sezzle (Payment Method)
Please note the Sezzle Payments method is only available to order place of $500 value, or higher.

In-Store Purchases
Store credit, or exchange within 7 days of purchasing.Items must be returned in original condition.
Online Purchases
Store Credit, or Refunds are eligible until 5 days after the item is delivered. Items must be in their original condition showing no signs of wear.
George C. is not liable for items returned without prior notification or requested documents.
These items will not be accepted and will be returned immediately to sender.
Return Shipping Costs
All costs to return merchandise purchased online is at the sender's expense.
Request A Return
1. E-mail info@georgec.ca, and include the following:
- Reason for your return
- Your order #
2. Once your request is approved, please be sure to include all original packaging from the returned item must be included. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including valid tracking #, and insurance on the returned item.
*George C. is not responsible for shipments that are lost or damaged in transit back to us. Please be sure to package your items with extra padding and to include secure tracking information and insurance for your own protection.
3. E-mail info@georgec.ca with according tracking number for your return.
4. Once the item is received in the conditions detailed in our return policy above, we will process your refund.
Exchanges
At this time, we are not accepting exchanges online. Please contact usdirectly, and we will sort out the best way to facilitate the proposed exchange.
Damaged Items
If an item is for some reason received damaged, please email us. Please include a clear description of the item, and a photo of the damage.
