can I pick up my online order in-store?
Absolutely! All online orders can be picked up from our in-store location.
Please select 'Local Pick-Up' at checkout.
In-store pickups are available during business hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 11-5.

Yes. Discounted merchandise purchased during promotion periods are final sale, with no exceptions.

Shipping
how quickly are orders processed?
Your order with us will be processed and fulfilled within 1-3 business days. Once an order has been placed, we are not able to modify/cancel your order. You will be provided with a tracking # upon your order's fulfillment.
Please note: We are not responsible for shipping delays. We reserve the right to refuse sales/cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by George C.
who takes care of customs fees/duties?
All international (including U.S.) orders are subject to customs fees.
These fees are not included in our shipping prices, and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
These charges are outside of our authority, as they are defined by foreign government officials.
Items that are unclaimed by a customer and returned to us will not be reshipped unless all incurred fees are paid for.
is a signature required to deliver my order?
Yes, our courier services are instructed not to release parcels without a signature.

Returns
in-store return policy
Discounted/Sale merchandise is final sale, with no exceptions.
If you purchased your item in-store with us, you are eligible for store credit, or exchange within 7 days of purchasing.
Items must be returned in original condition.

Regular merchandise being returned is eligible for a refund, or store credit as long as we are notified within 5 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in original condition showing no signs of wear.
We will not accept items returned without prior notification. These items will be returned immediately to sender.

how do I make an online return?
Please e-mail us at info@georgec.ca within 5 days of receiving your order.
Be sure to include the following:
- Reason for your return
- Your order #
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a digital shipping invoice. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
You will be sent a digital waybill to print, and an according pick-up time for your item. Please package your item(s) carefully and include all original packaging, with waybill placed securely in clear view.
Once the item is received back and inspected for wear or damage, we will process your refund or store credit.
Please note, George C. is not responsible for shipments that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.
can I make an exchange?
At this time, we are not accepting exchanges online.
Please contact us and we will sort out the best way to facilitate the proposed exchange.
what if my item is damaged?
If an item in your orderdamaged, please email us. Please include a clear description of the item, and a photo of the damage.
