In-Store Pick Up

Curb-side pickups are available:  Tuesday - Saturday, 11 am - 5 pm.

Shipping

How long will my order take?

Orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Once an order has been placed, we are not able to modify/cancel your order.

We reserve the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by George C.


We are not responsible for shipping delays.

You will be provided with a tracking # upon your order's fulfillment.

Orders under $500: $10.00
Orders over $500: FREE


All Canadian Orders are shipped using Purolator.

GTA: 1-3 business days
Everywhere Else: 3-5 business days

Shipping to the U.S.

Orders under $500: $30.00
Orders over $500: FREE


All U.S. Orders are shipped using DHL Express.

Customs Fees

Please note that international (including U.S.) packages are subject to customs fees. 

These fees are not included in our shipping prices, and are the sole responsibility of the customer.


These charges are outside of our authority, as they are defined by foreign government officials.

Items that are unclaimed by a customer and returned to us will not be reshipped unless all incurred fees are paid for. 

Delivery

Parcels cannot be released without a signature.

George C. does not refund for lost or stolen packages, nor is it responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address. 

Returns

Online Returns

You are eligible for store credit, or a refunds until 5 days after the item is delivered.
Items must be in their original condition showing no signs of wear. 


George C. will not accept items returned without prior notification.
These items will be returned immediately to sender.

In Store Return Policy

You are eligible for store credit, or exchange within 7 days of purchasing.
Items must be returned in original condition.

Online Returns

E-mail info@georgec.ca, and include the following:
- Reason for your return
- Your order #


Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a digital shipping invoice. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.


You will be sent a digital waybill, and an according pick-up time for your item. Please wrap your item carefully and include all original packaging.


Once the item is received back and inspected for wear or damage, we will process your refund or store credit.

PLEASE NOTE

George C. is not responsible for shipments that are lost or damaged in transit back to us. Please be sure to package your items with extra padding and to include secure tracking information and insurance for your own protection.

Exchanges

At this time, we are not accepting exchanges online.

Please contact us and we will sort out the best way to facilitate the proposed exchange.

What if my item is damaged?

If an item is for some reason received damaged, please email us. Please include a clear description of the item, and a photo of the damage.
