Our temporary in-store hours will be:
Tuesday - Saturday 
11 - 5 PM
The health, and well-being of our clients, and team is our #1 priority.
We are committed to your safety, and we will be closely following government mandated protocol to ensure we are operating safely.


As the province of Ontario moves forward into new phases of re-opening, and new information/advisories are released, we will update this mandate accordingly.

Listed below are the safety precautions we will be implementing in store: 

  • We are asking visitors, and staff to please stay home you are experiencing symptoms, or feel un-well. 
  • Social distancing between staff and visitors (6 FT apart) must be practiced in store at all times. 
  • Masks (PPE) will be required for staff members in store. 
  • We strongly encourage face coverings, or masks for all visitors during their time in store. 
  • Hand sanitizing station as you enter/exit our space.
  • We prefer to operate cashless at this time, i.e. credit/debit. 
  • Regular disinfecting and cleaning of the store, and all common areas (cash area, pin pad, fitting rooms, seating etc.) 
  • We will be steaming/disinfecting any merchandise tried, and quarantining items for 24H before allowing someone else to try on. 
  • We will continue to temporarily operate on a reduced staff for the time being.
  • As we have 3 functioning floors in our space, 2-3 people/floor is our temporary capacity at this time, including staff. 

We also continue to offer the following services:

  • Private styling appointments (please e-mail to coordinate)
  • Curbside pick-up (for all online/phone orders)
  • Our online shop is open 24/7
